Do all your POS Machines have digital invoices?

Yes, Payswiff POS Machines support digital invoices via SMS and email. Add your customers email ID and mobile number to send them the invoice

How can I reconcile payments settled to my bank account?

Each settlement has a Unique Transaction Reference (UTR) number, which is provided by our banking partners. You can see this number for every bank transfer in the Settlement section in Payswiff’s SET App and ensure that the same UTR is mapped to a credit in your bank account linked with Payswiff.

What do if I didn’t receive my settlement/payout?

The total amount accepted by you in a day (24 hours) is transferred to your bank account by the end of the day or as per your settlement frequency. Payswiff sends settlement SMS / app notification with reference number and bank account details after settlement, sometimes due to network issues you might not receive this notification while settlement is still done in your bank account.

If you still can’t find your settlement, don’t worry your money is safe with us and we will retry sending it to your bank account again in the next 24 hours. If you are not able to find your settlement, even after 2 days of transaction, contact our 24×7 helpline.

Are other business related documents required to accept payments on Payswiff?

After you become a merchant, you do not require any document for accepting payments.

Do I require KYC to start accepting payments via Payswiff SET APP?

After you become a merchant, KYC is not mandatory for accepting payments through Payswiff.

What is Payswiff SET APP?

Payswiff SET app is an easy to use payment app that lets individuals & business owners accept digital payments & manage their business anytime, anywhere. With SET, you can receive 7 types of digital payments including CreditCards, Debit Cards, Wallets, Link Pay, UPI QR, and EMI option. What I can do with Payswiff SET App?

2) Invoice-wise details for the day

How can I accept payments using the Payswiff's POS Machines?

You can accept payments from multiple sources, enter the amount to be collected on the screen, and the machine will show options to tap card, insert card or scan QR. Accept a payment using the customer’s preferred mode.

What are the different payment sources supported by the Payswiff's POS Machines?

You can accept payments through all major credit cards, debit cards, UPI/ QR, and digital wallets. Both contact and contactless cards can be used with Payswiff’s POS Machines

What paper can I use in my receipt printer?

Easily available thermal printer paper can be used to print receipts. They are easily available at stationery shops.

What is the battery life of this machines?

Digital POS with Printer has a large durable battery that lasts for two days on standy

Can I send SMS receipts to the customer?

You can e-receipts through SMS/ emails to your customers or accept payment via wallet too

What is the difference between Digital POS and POS with printer?

Digital POS with printer provides a inbuilt thermal printer and is ideal for big stores, where as Digital POS is a more compact cost-effective POS device ideal for small businesses that provide home delivery.

What are the documents required to sign up?

Business Proofs:
PAN, GST Certificate, MSME Certificate / Shop Act License

Address Proof:
Aadhar, Passport, Cancelled Cheque

Who can use Payswiff’s mPOS?

Merchants of all sizes and industry verticals can use this easy to use and affordable card acceptance solution. Small businesses such as retail stores, supermarkets & grocery stores, pharmacies, courier services and even home delivery businesses will find this solution a great complement to their businesses. Large businesses like hotels & restaurants, retail chains, spas & salons etc. can also use mPOS for their card payment needs.

Can I use a Wi-Fi connection instead of 2.5G/3G/4G?

Yes, depending on availability of Wi-Fi, it can be used instead of a 2.5/3G/4G connection.

What is the minimum transaction amount?

The minimum transaction amount is Rs.11

Can I send a receipt after the transaction is done?

Yes, you can send and/or print the receipt at the end of the transaction. Enter the customer’s mobile number and/or email ID and click on the arrow button to send the receipt.
An SMS and/or email is sent to the customer with a link. Using this link the customer can view and save a copy of the transaction receipt.

Who can use the Payswiff Android POS?

Merchants of all sizes and industry verticals can use this payments solution. Can I send SMS receipts to the customer?

Can I send a digital receipt after the transaction is done?

Yes. If the transaction is successful, the customer will receive a receipt of the transaction via SMS.

What is Tap2Phone?

Tap2Phone is a convenient contactless payments service by Payswiff. With this feature, merchants can accept payments from customers hassle-free, with just a tap on their smartphones.

How can I signup for Tap2Phone?

The process is fairly simple. All you need to do is download the Payswiff SET app, register as a seller/merchant within the app itself, and start accepting payments after a few taps!

Is Tap2Phone secure?

Yes, it is completely secure. Here’s why:

The contactless chip card has the same level of security as your bank cards.
An OTP generated when a contactless chip card or payment-enabled mobile/wearable device is used. An in-store contactless-enabled terminal protects your payment information which effectively reduces the chances of counterfeit fraud.
The chances of you making payments accidentally are not possible—your contactless chip card or payment-enabled mobile/wearable device must be within 2 inches of the terminal for the transaction to take place. Furthermore, you won’t be billed twice, even if you accidentally tap twice.
Tap2Phone helps you keep away from viruses/germs and avoid touching surfaces at checkout.

Can a user unknowingly make a purchase if they're close to the device?

No. For a payment to go through, you need to initiate the payment first. The payment-enabled mobile/wearable device must be tapped or held within 2 inches of the contactless-enabled terminal for the transaction to complete.
